Sample Menu

Remember, all items are gluten-free.  All baked goods are homemade, with whole grains, and dairy free.  As an added bonus, all baked goods are also reduced in sugar by about half from the "regular" recipes.  These are all tested and approved by unsuspecting children, many of whom eat gluten except at our house. 
For children who cannot eat dairy or have other diet restrictions, substitutions will be made.
